Transformers are the core equipment of power systems, and their long-term reliable operation is critical to overall grid stability. Efficiency grading, DC resistance, voltage ratio group, and insulation resistance tests are mandatory for transformer out-of-service maintenance.
Traditional testing requires four separate instruments, which are bulky to carry and involve repeated disconnection and reconnection of specialized test leads—wasting substantial manpower, materials, and working hours.
Wrindu has innovatively launched a four-in-one distribution transformer test system that integrates DC resistance, voltage ratio, insulation resistance, and efficiency grading into one compact unit. Powered by a high-capacity lithium battery, it supports single-wiring, multi-test operation, eliminating frequent lead changes and drastically boosting testing efficiency and convenience.
Product Features
1.The wiring is convenient and efficient, allowing both DC resistance and turns ratio tests to be completed with a single connection.
2. The direct resistance testing function is powerful. Transformers with Yn, Y, and △ windings can adopt three-phase automatic testing method and calculate the three-phase unbalance rate. The maximum output current can reach 20A, which can meet the testing requirements of extremely low resistance of low-voltage coils in distribution network transformers.
3. The turn ratio test has the function of testing three-phase, single-phase, and Z-type transformers, and supports blind testing as well as PT/CT turn ratio and polarity testing.
4. The energy efficiency level testing function covers capacity, load, no-load, and zero sequence impedance testing.
5. The maximum output short-circuit current for insulation resistance testing is 5mA, and it can be adjusted within the range of 1mA to 5mA. Equipped with IR, DAR, and PI testing functions.
6. Equipped with an embedded Linux operating system, it has high security, smooth operation, and convenient operation.
7. Adopting A7+M4 dual core architecture, balancing real-time measurement and smooth operation.
8. Equipped with an industrial grade 7-inch large screen, the display style is fresh and simple, supporting touch operation and rotating mouse operation, providing a comfortable and convenient human-machine interaction experience.
